There’s no doubt it’s a long and hard slog for our mates in the bush right now. Which is why we knew we needed to lend a hand and lessen the load.
Thanks to the support of those who chose Iron Jack between August and November, we’re pleased to announce that our “Beers for the Bush” initiative has raised $1 million for Rural Aid. This will help provide a range of relief for those in need including feed for livestock, as well as diesel and groceries for families impacted the most.
How did we get there?
We kicked off the initiative by donating $100,000 and contributed an additional $1 from each carton of Iron Jack sold in Australia, plus 50 cents from each schooner of Iron Jack sold at selected regional venues.
Check out the action from our event in Armatree in regional NSW, where we put on a feed and a few beers for the community whilst we presented the $1 MILLION cheque to Rural Aid founder Charles Alder.
